The Bar at Strangers & Saints

When doors opened in 2016, Billy Weston spearheaded Stranger’s craft concept. Creations like his ’Smoke on the Bay’ and ‘Mr Winslow’ remain menu staples. JC Spece has led creative and bar operations since 2020, further developing a mix of what’s fresh first, outré, deliciously simple in both drink and spirit library. Mikey LaBruna is senior bartender, having been with S&S since 2018.

We utilize seasonal produce and herbs from our garden to craft one-of-a-kind flavor
combinations. Our craft bar program offers sophistication and modern twists on timeless
classics. You can count on sophisticated delivery of the classics and get excited about what
we’ll invent next.

Strangers and Saints’ fresh Mediterranean-inspired menu, handcrafted cocktails and casual
backdrop will invite guests to wonder from the Captain’s Lounge to the breeze in the Veranda
and out into the gardens.
